Squarespace provides the most creative control to build out your custom website and is incredibly intuitive for clients to use, making it one of the more seamless processes. First, I meet with you to understand where you are with your brand development and (if needed) help you refine it with some further brand development work. Then, we discuss your goals for the site, identify your customer to tailor the user experience, decide how to organize your content, and review the assets we can utilize. Squarespace offers a wide range of built in services including e-commerce, varying shipping methods, email marketing campaigns, analytics review, scheduling tools, member only site areas, and subscription product services. With all these at your disposal, I like to say that it can ‘grow as you do’. It is a living, ever-changing document after all!

After our initial meeting, I usually take around 10 hours to construct and design an initial build of your entire website for review. At this stage, I can either make your few edits and begin passing over the keys to you or let you take full control. We can schedule a detailed training session and break down any barriers (or fourth walls) to help you update your site details as needed. You can then work to finalize the copy (using some keywords and an outline I provide to kick-start your creative juices) and take it to the finish line, while I’m just an email away if you need me.

Or, if you’re looking for more direction, we can finalize it together and I can help project manage each pages’ needs, whether its outlining, scheduling next steps, managing copywriters or helping orchestrate content gathering for custom needs along the way. When we take it live, I’ll teach you how to access, apply updates and even review analytics and marketing tools at your disposal.
